Leonore Riitsalu (PhD) has been passionate about financial literacy and behavioural insights for ten years. Currently her research focuses on financial well-being and testing ways to increase it. She has consulted policymakers in Estonia, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia on designing and implementing national strategies for financial education and is a regular speaker in the media and on conferences on related topics. Leonore is the co-founder of non-profit Rahatarkus, supervisor and guest lecturer in Estonian Business School and in the University of Tartu.
