Kaire Põder is Professor of Economics in the Estonian Business School, Tallinn. Her research interest cover institutional economics and the economics of education. Her most recent research focuses on inequality and matching mechanisms related to school choice, the ethnic minority achievement gap and school level policies that moderate these inequalities. Mostly she is interested in empirical causal techniques with experimental and observational data.
